We have a highly trained and experienced billing staff. Prior to your first appointment, every effort will be made to verify your therapy benefits.
Many insurance plans have limits on therapy services, either dollar limits or visit limits. We strongly suggest you ask your insurance company about these limits. We will help you track the limits, however it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to not exceed them.

Insurances we accept: Aetna, First Choice, Labor & Industries/Self-Insured workers comp, Medicare, Motor Vehicle Collision, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Tri-care, Uniform Medical Plan, Cigna, HMSO Plans - Secure Horizons & Healthy Options - Columbia United Providers (CUP).
We may be able to accept other private plans, please call us with any questions.
